    By law our employees receive a 20 minute break in mid morning and 20 minute break mid afternoon .
    We typically allow employee to choose between having breaks or ignoring break and taking a 30 minute lunch break that is not subtracted form time card .If they start at 8:00 am with 30 minute break at noon then work till 4:00 pm this equals 8 hour day .
